Adam is a digital transformation expert and trained coach who helps people, teams and organisations set themselves up for success.
Adam has extensive public and private sector experience as a senior leader, helping transform numerous organisations, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation,

Prior to launching teal green, Adam was Client Services Director at dxw, helping transform the company's profitability by building new relationships in health, justice and the third sectors.
Before that, Adam was Deputy Director of Transformation at the Department for Education where he helped orient the department around the delivery of user-centred, outcome-focused services, setting up user research and service design professions.
Adam was Head of Agile Delivery at the Government Digital Service, where he developed the first cross-government digital profession framework, and Head of Delivery Management at NHS Digital, supporting programmes across patient-facing and Urgent and Emergency Care domains.

Prior to becoming a civil servant, Adam spent 10 years working with local authorities and national government improving information sharing across social care, health and education, and was vice-chair of Tech UK’s Health and Social Care Management Committee.
