Most organisations are trying to transform how they operate
Very few are building the conditions that make
transformation succeed
I help leaders understand what's really getting in the way – and build the trust, teams, and ways of working that make transformation stick.
What I do
I work with senior leaders to diagnose what's really blocking change, and build the organisational conditions – trust, empowered teams, fast feedback and a culture of learning – that make new ways of working possible. And that make AI-adoption safe and useful.
Transformation Advisory
Executive and senior leader coaching for those moving into, or already navigating, large-scale transformation.
ICF-accredited – grounded in real delivery experience.
Leadership Coaching
Keynotes and conference talks on organisational transformation, AI adoption, and building high-performing teams. Drawing on 20 years of senior delivery experience across government, health, and the private sector, and the research behind my book.
