Who on earth is this “we”?
teal green is Adam Maddison.
Adam is a digital transformation expert and trained coach who helps people, teams and organisations set themselves up for success.
He has extensive public and private sector experience as a senior leader, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Adam was Client Services Director at dxw, helping transform the company's profitability by building new relationships in health, justice and the third sectors. And before that, Adam was Deputy Director of Transformation at the Department for Education, where he helped orient the department around the delivery of user-centred, outcome-focused services.
Adam’s first foray into the civil service was as Head of Agile Delivery at the Government Digital Service and then as Head of Delivery Management at NHS Digital.
Prior to becoming a civil servant, Adam spent 10 years working with local authorities and national governments improving information sharing across social care, health and education, and was vice-chair of Tech UK’s Health and Social Care Management Committee.
